We offer consults in-person at our location in Rice Village, in (Central) Southwest Houston, Texas; and virtually, via Google Meet, for clients living anywhere in the world.
Writing Consults
We will work with you to help you define and articulate your writing goals; to identify which directions might be best for your study or composition; or to go over, and help you incorporate, feedback from professors or supervisors.
Meetings can be arranged before or following our editing services––or entirely without your use of these services. In the latter case, we will charge a reading fee of 1¢ per word for any material you would like to discuss during the consult.

University Admissions Guidance
We offer personalized undergraduate and graduate admissions guidance.
These consults can include brainstorming about potential university choices; working together on essays and applications; and considering how best to put together admissions materials that truly reflect you and your goals.

Dissertation Defense Preparation
We offer services tailored to the final stages of dissertation composition and viva / defense preparation.
Sometimes, as students near completion of their PhD, they find it helpful to have someone to check in with; to support them during the last weeks of writing and editing; to walk alongside them through these final, crucial steps.
We'd be happy to assist, orient, and motivate as you add the finishing touches to your dissertation. We can also help you prepare for your viva / defense through discussion or presentation practice.
